      <content type="html">The other day I went to the uni with my mum.  We didn't have a parking pass, but she thought that they weren't giving out parking tickets
at this time of the year.  When we came out there was a piece of paper under the windshield wiper, but when mum picked it up, it turned
out to be a warning.
&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;
... and I thought to myself how FEEBLE.  &lt;I&gt;How dare you park here.  
Don't you dare do it again, or, I shall issue you another warning!&lt;/I&gt;  Why 
in New York we'd issue a REAL ticket that you'd actually have to PAY!</content>
